A house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.
A butler - Assist the guests and guarantee that they feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
A full-time cook - Trained in the preparation of Indonesian, European and Chinese cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all the shopping. There is also a menu from the Tropis Restaurant, which is a well-know bistro located in Lovina.
Two maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.
Three security guards - Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villa ensuring your security at all times.
Three gardeners and pool attendants - Responsible for tending the garden and the grounds of the villa. They ensure that the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
